I have a 90 gallon tank that I am almost done scaping... Out of curiosity I have two questions.

1. With nothing living in my tank, could I fill it with RO water that has not been deionized?

2. Would I be safe with mixing the salt IN the tank?

1. If the RO water has gone through a 3 or 4-stage filter, yes.
2. Absolutely, yes.
