ro unit not making waste water

I have a maxxima hi-s ro/di unit, I run a 100 gpd membrane and restrictor, I recently changed my carbon filters because I noticed my tds was running high, still ran high, changed my membrane, still high, I noticed that the water going into my water storage was flowing too high, checked gthe waste water and there was nothing. does anyone have any ideas?, driving me nuts, checked the flow restrictor, it is not clogged, waste line is not clogged, I'm stumped, thank you in advance

i do notice in the di resin chamber, water is flowing around filter from top, do not remember seeing that before, as you can see, water is full flowing into reservoir

tds meter is reading higher on the output than the input?, this system has ran flawless for 3 years, didnt change anything, im stumped!!!
