RO Unit & Plumbing problems

So I have had my RO Unit connected via splitter that I bought and Lowe's to get it into the right fittings for the RO.

The problem is, now the water going into the washer has slowed to a trickle. I cannot figure out what wrong with it. I am going to I am not missing anything and something wrong with the washer, and not the way I have this setup?

Sorry kinda stumped on this.

Can you post photos of how you set it up? Might help with diagnosis
