This is the unit that I have. Looking at the questions on Amazon, it does not look like it has deionization.

Drinking RODI water is unhealthy long term. The water is very acidic, when I tested it was around 5.5-6.5. and of course stripped of minerals. When I use this add on filter the water is safe to drink, raises ph to 9.5-10.5 and adds beneficial minerals your body needs. I also would not drink the RO water they claim as good for drinking water.
