Hi guys,

I have always had po4 too high around 0.1 - 0.2 and trying to get it down to 0.03 with rowaphos but tested my RO water today and it is 0.04. Is this normal?

Per a post about 2 years ago by @Randy Holmes-Farley , that amount of PO4 is "insignificant" compared to what you're adding via foods.

Excellent thank you, makes a lot of sense

You had good info posted above.

Another point to consider if you tested with a Hanna meter those are not designed for testing phosphate/phosphorus in fresh water. So your results are skewed just from the water being used.
