Roasted Nori

I have seen a couple of times since I bought it, that roasted nori is an ill-advised feed for the herbivores in my tank. If I remember right, it becomes a nutrient desert. Is that right? If so, what can I do to improve the dish?

Never seen a study, just marketing claims by a company trying to sell raw seaweed.

interesting read.


I know some cooking methods do degrade nutrient value. So if the roasted is sun-dried or sun-roasted it may be a different discussion to oven roasted.
