The ONLY thing enjoyable about this hobby is cleaning the glass and then spilling water over the side and cleaning that.

Why would you buy something that would take all of the joy, passion, and glory out of the hobby? ;)

On a serious note -- I don't know enough about how it functions but i think I'd never trust it! It's obviously going to find sand in purpose and scratch the entire aquarium!

I have one of these laying on the floor next to my tank. Hoping to hook it up this week. Will let you know feedback.

Oh, oh, oh! I want to hear the follow up too!

I've used one for three years on front of my 75 gallon freshwater in wall tank with good results. I still have to occasionally clean corners and top/bottom 1" of glass with algae scrubber as it can't get all the way to edges.

When gets erratic about every six months I have to clean drive wheels but basically it. It's worked well for me personally..not the prettiest thing mounted on front upper corner of tank but got used to it...chuckle

Effective and been a good investment

I’ve got one and it works well, they are easy to program. However I had to remove mine because unfortunately my aquarium is a corner design with a curved front panel and it doesn’t trip the sensors on the Robosnail when it reaches the end of the tank. I did test it on a quarantine tank I had and it worked flawlessly. Cant use on Curved tanks
