I'm looking for anyone who has or had one, is it worth the $$$?

I have a area of glass that I really have limited access to and think the RoboSnail would resolve this, but at $287.00 is it worth it? I don't mind spending the cash if it will do the job and is reliable long term.

Thanks!!

Always thought about buying this. I saw it in action at macna Dallas a few years ago and liked it.

Wow Robosnail and I thought Flipper nano is cool.

The price is a little more reasonable $180... Might just take the plunge, but still would like to hear from someone that owns this thing... Lol

Me, too, 3/4" glass is a must for me.

I have about 70 sq ft of glass to keep clean. Oh what I would give to be able to delegate this to a robot!

I believe the idea with Robosnail is to run it every night so that algae build up is essentially prevented ab initio. This is a great invention for us aquarists. I don't think the price is out of line at all when I consider the enormous amount of time this will free up and the super improvement in totally 'clean glass' that it can provide. I would be willing to buy one for all four sides of my display tank and one for each my thinner glass support tanks ... Refugium, Quarantine, Hospital, Coral Frag, and SeaHorse tanks. fab sends

I heard they aren't good they will pick up sand and scratch tanks the fish store I worked at hated them
