Rock anemone bulging

hey guys just wondering if there something wrong with my rock anemone he seems to be swelled up in the middle any thoughts ? How do I add photos?

I did feed today and I put a frag rack in that seemed to blocked the light on it a little bit

All the tentical are spread out its mouth is closed just bloated up
