my two RFA will shrivel to 1/10th their size at night and open again during the day. I have found mine looooove a big squirt of reef roids

Yup they need time but sometime sellers don't feed them for weeks

Difficult to tell but did u try to feed him. Just put meaty food on its mouth.

Don't worry sometime it just shrinks when introduced to new water condition still that anemone is attached to rock which is a good sign according to me

Yeah he’s good, just getting used to the tank. Always remember most of a rock flower is water so they can change their size at will. They don’t need to be target fed either, but can really benefit from it.

I have been told that feeding anemone can actually be a stressful event if it is not happy. Not feeding it will NOT kill it, but if you try feeding it whilst is mad, then you MIGHT kill it

e.g. when I was the new kid in 6th grade, I did not feel like eating lunch when it was lunch time because I did not feel comfortable. anemones are like middle schoolers in this sense

Yup I have read that rock anemones uses light but feeding 2 times in a week is good for them

It looks fine, just adjusting to your tank. Don't feed it for the first week, let it acclimate to your tank before shoving food into its mouth. It doesn't even need to be fed, it can take all its energy from the light. But feeding it will help it grow and reproduce. Just leave it for now and be patient with it.
