Rock anemone spawning but will it cause a crash

My rock anemone just started spawning. I have seen some people say on here it can cause a crash. What do you think? A post spawn cigarette and water change?

How big is the tank?

I've never heard someone say that a spawning event from a rfa and if I did, I'd ask for them to make that make sense, because it doesn't. At least to me.

What is it putting into the water to cause a crash? What is crashing?

It’s a redsea 170 so it’s a 43 gallon tank I think. I am hoping the green one is a female because it was opening up but not releasing anything.

I can’t find any particulars of what would cause a crash from spawning just rumors and questions of it happening.

I started with 3 rock anemones and they have had several spawning events with no ill effects. I have ended up with some pretty sweet colors and now have about 20 of them in the tank.
