Rock anemone?

My rock anemone is doing good however. It has open mouth. Been foreveer like that. Is that means its sick?

Looks like a rock flower to me which color variation not sure. Take a picture under white lights.

If extended can be hunger, high nitrates or expelling of zooxanthellae in which none are dangerous.

My paramets are there. I also confirmed with salifert and hanna. Close enough. I got it 6 month ago. Doubled in size. When i feed the tank insee it eating from time to time. I just noticed tonight and the past few days the mouth is a bit more wide open than the past. And i keep hearing how people say open mouth = sick rock anemone so figured ill ask
My phosphate is 0.19. And nitrate 15

Looks normal to me. Could be how it's sitting on the rocks
