Woke up this nmorning and the rock flower has this hanging from him. Usually it is very bright and colorful. It looks grey and deflated. I know nems will spit out their intestines sometimes but usually only if theyre overfed I thought and he didnt eat last night.

Looks like poop... especially if you feed a lot. Try and target feed only once per week. I have 10 in my tank and I’ll see that every so often and I know they’re healthy because they breed often. I have found over 20 little baby’s growing in my tank.

They deflate from time to time, usually not a sign of poor health. They are extremely resilient.

Sweet thats a big relief.

Second question had a new 6 line wrasse make a break for it and jump out. Must have been on the carpet for a minute but I got him back in and he's still breathing. Was in shock for a few minutes but then moved to the cave in the rocks. He's very lethargic now barely moving but still breathing. What are the chances he'll make a comeback?

Probably pretty high likelihood he will be fine unless he injured himself in the fall. Wrasses will startle and act like they are dying but usually are really healthy. Think about a fish caught on a line... they can be out of the water for several minutes and are fine.

When I gave an old wrasse a few water dip, he looked like a gonner but ended up being just fine after a night burrowed in the sand.

I think your RFA will be fine. They are quite hardy and can sometimes look 'off song' for a few days and then go back to being perfectly normal.

Good luck with the wrasse, but if it was really only out of the water for a minute, it should recover OK.

He's likely full. Cant feed any animal food when its trying to poop LOL.
1X per week is sufficient

I have a wrasse that makes a habit of jumping right past my ear when I open the canopy. Even out of the water for 20 seconds, he puts on a big act of "dying" for several hours before a full recovery. U might look into a mesh lid. Jumpers are like cheaters ;)
