I woke up this morning and found my anemone looking like this and hiding. Its foot wasn't attached and it doesn't look like it is moving. I am getting my levels right now.

Sorry to see it. Anemones can be finicky.
How long have you had it? If you got it recently, did you acclimate it?
Is that another one to the right on the same rock? Is it doing ok?

Not relevant to the problem but that looks more like a mini maxi carpet nem (S. tapetum) than a rock flower nem (E. crucifer). Both species however are generally pretty hardy in established tanks.

My apologies I though they were the same thing. Looking it up I can see how wrong I am.

1 week. It started walking so it moved somewhere else. Expanded and looked really nice and then this morning it was detached in a low flow area with its stomach open. I moved it to the position it is now and it has attached and it reacts but the stomach is still enlarged.

This one is a week old.
the one right behind it is 3 weeks. I got him and had to change my flow. He left his spot and found this anemone rock in a lowish flow area. He has settled.

On the other side is a RBTA that looks healthy. The rock has 2 anenome crabs as well.

The aquarium is a 150 and at the moment the rock is 2 ft from the light.

my parameters:
KH 10.
Calc: 400
nitrate 0
nitrite 0
.25 phosphate
0 ammonia
