Rock based Creature eats euphyllia

In another forum i posted a picture of my torch coral that died over night. I discovered it with a strange worm attached to it. After moving it away from the worm to protect the other heads i took a picture and posted it for help. No one believed me. This morning i discovered it grew back. Here is a pic. Anyone seen this???

Is that a worm or residual insides from the euphyllia after it let go?

Thats the worm. It wasnt attached yesterday. The head has been dead over a week

That’s interesting. I don’t know that I’ve seen a worm like that. How quickly does it move? #reefsquad @KJ

Interesting, does the worm have a soft body, or an exoskeleton kinda like a vermited snail.
