Can you perhaps post a video?
A couple questions:
1. How long have you had it?
2. What are the tank parameters and the size (ammonia, pH etc)
3. Any other symptoms
4. What are you using to treat the fin rot?
5. Any other signs (spots, injury, etc)
6. Are you using any other drugs (copper, etc)
7. Was it normal when you got it - and then got sick - or has the behavior been constant since it came.
8. when you acclimated it - how did you do it - did you check the salinity in both the bag/the QT tank?
Hopefully some of the other Fish Medics will chime in

Sounds to me like swim bladder disease or infection.which is common with this type of fish. Some signs of swim bladder disease is a fish that is unable to swim normally. The fish looks like it is having problems staying balanced or upright in the water. Sometimes, fish with swim bladder disease seem to bob back and forth ir even backwards in the water, darting down and then bobbing back up. Other times they may just look like they’re laboring or swimming really hard just to stay in place.
Some typical causes are injury or trauma, poor water quality, parasitical or bacterial infection, and sudden changes in parameters
If fish is eating, try kanamyacin with focus as a binder to the food
