Rock collection in the keys

Hey all, I'm not sure if this is the area to post this if it needs to be somewhere else admins please move. So I'm heading to the keys for a few days and I was wondering what the regulations are for collecting rock and inverts.

not exactly......no rock collection allowed.....the last guys that got caught are doing two years federal time right now....

Awesome, so I can collect certain things with my saltwater fishing license. What license do I need to collect live rock I wonder
