My anemone is eating, acting normal, and hasn't moved. However, this bubble came out of it's cavity a couple of months ago and has not gone away. All tank specs are normal.

Bounce anemone. Charge a premium.
IMO if it is acting normally and eating it is fine. I see this when mine feed and then it goes away. Maybe it is like a slight prolapse?

Is that a giant mojano anemone next to it?

It did that one day when I feed it and it never retracted. I won't worry too much then. Thank you! I was told it was another rock flower anemone (the one next to it)

This happens when one or more of the complete mesentery are damaged. It may, or may not, heal.
These are real tough anemones, so I wouldn't count it out. Give it time, keep feeding it, and hope for the best. Really not much more you can do.
