I bought I rock flower anemone two weeks ago, was doing great until about 4 days ago when his mouth was wide open and not closing. After a few days he was shriveled up lack of color and mouth still wide open. I don’t know what to do he’s not happy and he looks very sick. Could this be happening because of my BTA they haven’t come in contact yet but it’s still a interest any info will help will repost with a pic.

BTA’s and RFA’s usually mix fine together, although, chemical warfare may be going on between the two, I think that you should try remove the rock the RFA is on and try put him in a nursing tank (if possible) and see what goes on from there

Have a picture? I’ve been drawn to RFA’s as they’re currently dominating my tank. I also have RBA’s in same tank (no I’ll affect)

RFA’s are pretty hardy. If your BTA is thriving then I’m going to assume (which I know I shouldn’t) the water parameters are in good standing. The photos showing the foot are actually good.
If your RFA has its foot planted it’s doing fine. The mouth will gape open and the RFA could close (ball) up and expel its waste.

How long has it been in your DT?

I know that’s what is concerning me he’s also been throwing up lots of mucus and and slime!!!
Good news! Mucus and slime is just the food they need to dispose of!

If there was a chemical warfare going on would the other coral in the tank close up?
They probably would do if they aren’t then chances of chemical warfare are low

And from knowing this, it should mean there’s nothing wrong with your RFA, he should be back and out in no time just give him time to dispose of the food he had

I’ve had him for about two or three weeks.

Oh any suggestions on how to get my clowns to host to my BTA
Put the BTA on its own with the two clowns, make sure there’s no gaps it can climb through though and leave it for a few days to a few weeks and the clowns should host the BTA
