Rock flower anemone stuck to hermit crab

Is it normal for them to stick on the hermit its just dragging it across the tank and the rock flowers leg is just barely attached should I let it be??

I would take it off before the crab takes it somewhere you can’t see

I would definitely get it off (gently) and back to where you want it so it doesn't end up somewhere it can get damaged.
