I bought a rock flower nem last week and he has decided to stay in the little plastic cup that he came in. How do I coax him out? He is stuck to the bottom of the cup And wont move. I don’t want to hurt him. I fed him some mysis for the first time today.

I suppose you could cut around the plastic cup, leaving the spot it's in, and then put it where you want. Or just leave it be. Nems can be picky about where they go, so maybe it would be best to leave it wherever it likes.

Leave him in the cup on the rockwork, see if he goes for a walk himself. If not, turn up the flow to him, see if he will move.

Place the cup near some rock and bury it completely. It'll move when it feels like it.
They can survive without feeding. As long as they get light and there are some nutrients in the water, they are good to go.
As for finding him, they go wherever they like. I have some that are behind the rocks, partially under ledges and right out in front.
