Rock flower help please!

Hey guys I have a rock flower that has been doing great! But I came home and it looks like this? His foot is still attached but just don’t look to well! Any suggestions?

Take a makeup brush and gently stroke it to free so of it up and it has to be a new one from the store cant be used
 
How long have you had it?

If he caught something to eat they can fold over like that.

I’ve had him for about a month but yes he’s still doing it! I have another rock flower that’s doing just fine it’s just this one
 
Looks like mine when its eating or pooping. Looks fine to me.
 
Is there any cayno bacteria present in the tank? Could have a bacteria imbalance if the nitrates and phosphates aren’t in proper ratio
 
Came home and he was completely Un attached and just laying on the sand bed with the foot up in the air. I’ll place him back by the base of a rock and hopefully re attaches by tomorrow morning
