Hello everyone,
Picked up this little guy a couple days ago. It came already attached to rock. Is it worth glueing the rock to the lower section of my aquascape or should I leave it as it is ?

It will go where it wants to. They are never glued down and will likely move off of the rock unless it was made for them (a rock with a hole in it. I make them for mine and they usually stay there). Put it near where you want to see it stay and hope it decides to make a home there.

I’ll just leave it as it is. Currently it’s attached to a good size rock and it’s foot is burrowed into a hole. We’ll see

They move. I have 30-100 of them. In my mixed reef display I find that by keeping them on an island, they tend to stay but I know they can move around sand beds because the babies will take the pilgrimage back to the mother rock.

They tend to gravitate towards the bottom of the tank for me but this is light dependent I would guess.
