Rock flower

Can someone tell what’s up with my Rick flower nem? Everything has been fine and yesterday noticed it on the sand floor. Put it back on rockwork which looked as it attached itself came in this morning back on sandbed. I moved it back to rock but not attaching itself!

Apparently the nem doesn’t like the place you select for her.
Could be the flow, light, companionship or some other thing.
Why don’t you let her choose where to live?

I have found they prefer to bury Their foot in the substrate against a rock..

I wouldn’t mind but upside down in sand and on top of a acan colony is prob not best place so trying to get it closer to rockwork.

Crazy all my others are high on rocks. Maybe I’ll try to get it close to sandbed and rock.

I suppose you could build some kind of structure with rock and sand so she can to the rock.
Some time ago I’ve had one of those that had her foot cross a large rock. The issue at that time was how to move it. I had to move the rock.

Mine tend to cluster at the rock base...
