Rock flower

[Puppy]

I’m not sure what is happening. It looked fine when first in tank. Wandered around for two days, now at top of rock. Covered in this white stuff,looks like cotton. Any ideas?

Tank is 5 months old. I have two others that are doing fine. This app isn’t letting me post photos. Best i can describe is it moved to top of rock and it’s covered in white snot looking stuff.

Those levels look pretty good but your tank is probably borderline too new for nems (but rock nems are usually pretty hardy). I have seen the cotton stuff before on mini maxi and rock nems that aren't doing well. Maybe try offering it small bits of meaty foods and hope for the best. Also keep an eye on its movement as it might hide never to be seen again (I would consider putting it in a cup or dish with some lr rubble or frag plugs on the bottom for a bit so it doesn't wander off). Someone else may have more advice as I'm no expert

It's possible it wasnt doing great when you got it and the stress of being transported messed it up worse. What kind of lights are you using?
