Rock flowers eat…

So rockflowers eat hermit crabs/snails? Never seen that before! Has anyone else?

Didn’t try to pull it yet, going to give it an hour see if he spits it out on his own just to reduce the chance of hurting the nem to forcefully remove it.

Was wondering why the snail would crawl over the anemone but it probably fell into it?

I think it was a hermit. Tbh no idea if he ever spat it out or swallowed it. Came back a hour later and it was gone. Can’t find a matching shell in the tank atm. Oooops. I will say my cleaner shrimp has almost been pulled in by his antenna a few times. That rock flower has a grip like no other.

lol neither have I! Talk about a glutton. Like I said no idea if he actually spit it out or not. I’ll be on a look out for a matching shell.
