So, I've noticed sand randomly shooting from the bottom of the rock structure. It is powerful enough to hit the glass. In a low flow area.... any possible things it could be?

No gobies in the tank

Checked the tank at lights out and didn't see anything. I'm going to keep investigating.

What other fish do you have? My blennies clean and move sand/debris from their homes.

A bivalve maybe. I've got a clam and whenever you disturb the sand he hides under he shoots up a gust of sand. (Not one of those fancy photosynthetic clams, one rescued from the seafood counter at the grocery store).

It's possible a bivalve. I have some in my live rock.
So in the tank I have a:
6 line wrass
2 clown
Sapphire damsel
Cleaner shrimp
Peppermint shrimp
Serpent starfish.

I did notice tonight that the end of my featherduster tube is close to the same area. Can that cause it?
