Rock starting to spot brown, CUC time?

Title says it really, heres a pic. Small spots of dry rock turning brown, time for CUC or wait a little?

Probably 3 weeks now. Already cycled.
I can cut the lights if need be.

Salinity 1.025
Temp - 77.2°F
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 2.5ish
Dont have the other tests yet.

The brown algae is part of the cycling process and every tank goes through it. I would say throw some snails in there but start off with only a few. I like to slowly add more over time until you reach a balance. Not too many that they are going to starve but not too little where algae has a chance to thrive. Like I said balanced.

Maybe let the rocks completely coverin thick brown before throwing anything else in there.
