I'm new to this hobby. I've set up a 32gal biocube and it's well into the cycling process. I did not take any measures to keep the rocks in place or identify how they were placed in the tank other than pictures and I've, unfortunately, knocked over or disassembled my rock structure a couple times now and I can't ever seem to get them stacked back up the way I want them. It's become clear to me that I should figure out some method of putting it back together. I bought some epoxy putty and tried using it to paste some of the rocks together underwater but that didn't seem to work very well for me. I was thinking that I could use a marker, or dremel tool, to create marks that I could use to line up the rocks if they become disassembled or that I could buy some reef rock to take the proper amount of time to create a stable aquascape and replace the ones I have in the tank after they've 'cooked'. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Some info about my tank : 32gal coralife biocube, the orange 5 gallon bucket on the side is set up for quickly and easily changing water so I don't have to worry about splashing it everywhere (the tank is set up on my desk), the light is on top of the bucket just because I was monitoring the water level in the bucket. I have a ocellaris clownfish (I added with biospira week 1), a dragon goby, 4 snails, a doublestar starfish, and a blue leg hermit crab in there right now.

you can try and use reef welder they're like plastic beads you melt together, totally reef safe but I'm not sure if that will work. you can drill holes in the rock and use acrylic tubes to hold them together making it easy to take apart and assemble.. theres many ways to go about it lol hope this was helpful

If you can take the rock out of your tank. Get some crate paper, or cardboard, and cut it out in a foot print of your tank. Assemble the rock on the template, and use zip ties, glue, what ever to secure it. Then just put the whole thing into your tank.
