what will happen if I add new rocks to my tank with a almost 2 years old running tank of mine?

Nothing much, assuming the rock wasn't previously in a tank. There could be a drop in phosphate.

I have a tank and planning to add 2 tanks so total of 3 with one sump so everything is working fine but just wondering if my 2 tanks will be fine with new rocks and will transfer my 2 pairs on each tanks?

What about if the rocks were put in the sump for a few weeks .
It would help, but you're still gonna get the uglies until the good stuff has a chance to really colonize and gain a foothold.

I don't think there will be an issue. You can move an old rock into the new tank to help get some microfauna in there quickly but either way it should be ok.
