It looks ok, but you might want to create more open spaces in between the rocks when you stack them. Circulation will be improved and the fish will have more caves & overhangs to swim in and out of. (hiding spots) GL.

Looks fine to me. I have always struggled with rockscapes.
Some things come natural and others take a lot more time to figure out.

Only suggestion I would make is to leave some space between your rocks to allow more places for fish to hide
and better water flow thru the rock pile.

+1...maybe you have done this and the pics don't show it?

I would also find a way to get the powerstrip and power source off the bottom of the stand....I use heavy duty velcro....bad place if something springs a leak:eek:

Nice set up...what size is your tank and sump also your equipment list?

The tank is 155 bow front oceanic my lighting 6' current pro series emerald 539' sump w/ refugium octopus 220 sss protein skimmer fluval uv light 2 kobalt wave makers that's what I got and lilt tale by little, other stuff I want to do that's down the road also thanks for the advice understood

You have made really good choices on tank and equipment....what other fish are in the tank beside that dang damsel;) I had them once...so mean I got rid of them...their colors are beautiful but they have real attitude!

I'm new at this didn't know any better but learning a lot from the people on r2r that's why different rock types is it good or bad different rock types?

The fish I have

2 azure damsels
1blue hippo
1firefish
8 geen chromis
1 6 line wrasse
1 lawn mower
1 scooter Blenheim
1 banghi Cardinal
1 javenesse Angel
1 longnose hawk

I am new at this learning making a bunch of mistakes but learning from them some times the local fish store doesn't tell you the truth about fish compatibility they just want to move them and I don't believe in hurting any animals but I have a few fish I have made wrong choices so that's what is in my 155

I don't think it's bad. More of a personal choice. But I am just starting the setup on my first saltwater tank. Aquascaping is my biggest concern.

LOVE to see a pic of the angelfish:D:D

The dang damsels may never be a problem for you because you have a large tank;)

I have a 60 cube....only two fish right now ...black & white wrasse and a pink polka dot gobie
