So I started a rockscape last night. I have never done cement work or rock drilling. My noob foolishness leads to my first question. I did keep my rock wet as I was drilling 3/8" holes (only split one-yay), but in my ignorance, I not only wore no mask, but I smoked a cigar while doing it. Definitely have some irritation late last night and this morning (a tickle in the throat, no pain, shortness of breath or anything).

- So, will the disposable particulate masks at Lowe's or Home Depot be adequate for drilling rock and cutting the fiberglass driveway rods?
- Best way to cut 3/8" fiberglass? miter box? I know it's a fibrous material. Will a miter saw tear it up? (you can tell I'm not exactly the handiest of folks).
- I am reading about hydraulic cement and I only need a little bit (the structure needs to fit into an 8 x 10" area and be about 10-12" high).
