The more I look at other tanks, the more I'm concerned about my love rock layout and if I have too much rock and to tightly packed. I have a biocube 32 and order 30 lbs of reefsaver rock from brs. I'm not sure how much I received but I used it all. I've been thinking I should have broken some of it down also. I am attaching pictures from all 3 sides. Any advice is appreciated.

looks like too much rock. and you want to make sure you can clean all of the glass except maybe the back. also remember that if you are going to have coral they need room to grow so you have to assume 2+" in all directions off the rockwork so they can grow and still have space for fish and cleaning

If your unhappy with the design take a look at the aquascape forum or search ‘modern reef aquascapes’ for some ideas. As you say maybe break some of it up into smaller pieces

Its not too late to break them up or maybe 2 of them. Get a few more little areas where flow can travel and help keep it clean. You want to make sure you have good water movement throughout

When doing my tank's current aquascape I did a lot of looking at other people's systems so I could steal ideas. There was also an issue last year of Coral Magazine that had a lot of good information on designing an appealing aquascape.
In the end, it comes down to what kind of aquascape do you like?
I like to have lots of open space and caves so fish an inverts can explore (and make me frustrated by hiding 24/7) and plenty of "levels" vertically to place corals of different lighting requirements.

Clearance issues aside, it looks interesting. Has depth. Has cave. If that's the vision in your head, it'll probably look fantastic when it has grown out. That type of rock does take up a lot of space. Do you have a sump?

Get some different shapes and sizes. Look at tonga rock, shelf rock, ect.
Zip ties, holes, and rods of plastic ect to help u "rockscape". Don't be afraid to break ur rock up. screwdrivers and hammer, or even drills and roto hammer drill bits work wonders.
I usually use tape and tape out the dimensions of the tank on the floor to work dry with prior to throwing the rockscape in the tank too.

having said all of that I am sure we all agree that the only opinion on the looks of your tank and rockwork is yours. We all just want to give you advice from experience so take the comments and keep what you like and discard what you dont. you will also learn things and change things as you go so have fun with it.
