So I just used my brand new Hanna Total Chlorine ULR Checker. My RODI is putting out water with 17ppb chlorine...

Is it time to change the carbon block? I assume it is and this means chlorine has broken through.

I have to assume there was chlorine in my water that I used for my last water change then. Everything is fine, even my new coral.

Do I dump my 20 gallons of storage, change filters and start over?
