RODI - Auto shut off and Auto flush valve at the same time

How to get this two to work together?

To avoid TDS creep from what I understand the Auto Flush valve should flush the membrane 1 minutes pr hour (or so), but how can that work when the Auto shut off is activated (then no water is coming out the drain water and the auto flush valve wont work as it should).

Im not sure how this supposed to work...

Is your RODI plumbed directly into your tank?

Flush valve is not how to remove TDS creep is is to prevent scaling of the membrane.
