rodi autoshut off stays closed?

I installed a rodi shutoff valve and triple checked all the connections, when I turn on the water it stays locked up. when I remove it flows water fine. could this mean my rodi membrane is clogged enough to not produce enough flow to allow it to remain open?

I would say it is either hooked up wrong or it is defective if your system work fine without it installed.

So the two blue line are one coming from the carbon block to the ro membrane and the white one is going out of the ro membrane to the di resin

I bypassed it in the picture to be able to keep making water while I figure it out
