RODI CARBON BLOCKER

Anyone here have any knowledge as to why a carbon filter (only one brand used) would continuously get clogged up while the sediment filter does not.

Not my RODI unit

Occured twice & after replacing all filters.

Sediment filter 1 micron
Carbon filter 5 micron

That is weird. What is the PSI at the supply source?
