I have a DIY Osmosis system with a booster pump that is working well by itself setup as following
Water in -> 3x filters in regular cannisters -> booster pump -> auto shut off valve -> RO membrane -> pressure switch.
This works well when I stop the water it takes 2 seconds before the pressure switch triggers.
I bought a 2 stage cannisters and added after the pressure switch (also tried before) that I was planning putting two DI stages on. When using it the pressure build for 15+ seconds before the switch triggers and the pressure in the DI is extremely high (to the stage of hoses popping off). Why would the pressure in the DI stages be this extremely high?
