RODI doesn't shut off

I have a brs 5 stage rodi unit with the 150 gallon a day kit Installed, also running a booster pump. Problem is when the float switch is closed it pushes water back through my di canister then leaks out of the threads. Not sure if my pressure switch went bad or the auto shutoff is bad, or do I need to I stall a check valve somewhere?

How old is this unit?
Has the auto shut off worked prior to this issue?
Can you post a few pics of your configuration so I can take a look?

When the float closes, it should send back pressure to the ASO and essentially shut off.

The unit is 4 years old about 2 years ago I installed the float valves on my brute containers to make life easier, it has never worked at all so I just did the timer method lol. as far as pictures I'm at work now I can take some and post when I get home.

okay, keep me in the loop. I think you can do without the Pressure switch and just use the ASO+float

Water pressure with out the pump is around 40 with the pump its 70psi.
