RODI EMERGENCY

I just moved and my new place only has 40psi coming through. I have about a days worth of rodi water left and need to make more.
Currently have a 6 stage marine depot RODI unit. (100gpd).

Can I use it with the 40psi?? Will it cause problems?

I will buy a booster pump but it won't get here before I need the water and my lfs water is garbage

My home runs at 45 PSI it isn’t optimal but it works. I use the 75gpd 5 stage and I get about 60g in a day.

I had to run mine around 45-50 psi for a few days while waiting for my booster. It isn't as efficient obviously but it'll still get you 0 TDS water

got the aquatec 8800 from amazon for 50 less than BRS

You can also buy grocery store distilled water in a pinch 1 gallon jugs or the big 5 gallon ones

If you are in a house you can probably adjust the water pressure. There should be a valve somewhere around the exterior of the house. Mine is in the front of the house surrounded by a big pvc pipe with a lid on it.
