RODI Experts - Please help

On the left is my BRS Stage 4 100 GPD unit that is operational. My H2O pressure was bad, <30 pounds, I have that fixed but I only got about 500 gallons made and my mixed bed is mostly changed colors already and my TDS is at 1 and only 3-4 in (?). On the right someone gifted me this basket case. However, I am thinking I would like to custom make the following. I will need help with how to plumb it and if this makes sense. Let me start with I will come back to what I have marked #1 and #9.

2 - 5 Micron
3 - 1 micron
4 - Carbon
5 - Carbon
6 - Pro Series Anion
7 - Pro Series Cation
8 - Pro Series Mixed Bed

So, for the membranes should I use the second one? What is the benefit? If I make it a 150 GPD, will that make my total output 125 GPD?

I have noticed that when I do water changes later I get diatoms for a bit after my last several water changes. So I am assuming I am not getting all the silica out of the water. I would assume this is a good start to removing them.

What should I do about that second membrane? Also, how would I plumb this with the 1/4 water line?

Personally, I would only run 6 of the housings. If you already have the 4 stage hooked up, I would just keep 5,6 and 7 connected, and use them for the DI.

No need for another fiber filter, it will just add more restriction.

I would look at how the 6 stage BRS filter housing is set up and mimic that. The reason you do not see 7, 8 and 9 stage rodi systems is at 6 stage they already have double redundancy, no need for More Filtration at that point.

My 5 stage BRS RODI system consistently puts out 0 tds water. And out of the tap my TDS meter reads in the RED! Council Bluffs, Iowa water is horrible, in fact in 40+ years of living in this town, I have never drunk the Tap Water.
