Rodi filter problems

Ok so I waited way too long to replace my rodi filters (5 years) but I finally got it done yesterday! Problem is my blue di chamber (and my sediment filter) turned completely orange during the first 2 hours of running it and my water currently tests as
Ro 7ppm
Di 2ppm
Tap 23ppm

These numbers are about the same as before I replaced the filters (not happy)! What is going on? Is it the cheap Amazon filters I ordered? Thanks guys

Hello,

How did you measure those numbers? In-line meter or a 2nd TDS meter to confirm?

It isn't inline, its the meter that came with my airwaterice rodi years ago

Did you disconnect any lines when you changed filters? if you di resin changed color in 2 hours it seems as though your membrane isn't working or it is bypassing it.

Hm I did disconnect some stuff since I omitted a sealed di cartridge and I'm willing to believe I could've messed up something there
