You should be able to go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a double male threaded adaptor. You can't get the left one out with and adjustable wrench, the other one you can get out with a extractor.

Take a flat head screw driver and tap it in with a hammer. Make sure the screw driver head is bigger than the opening. Once it is wedged in turn the screw driver counter clockwise and it should come out. If you have a set of easy-outs that would be best. Lmk if you need more details

Edit: just to be clear, DO NOT beat it in as hard as you can. You just need the head of the screw driver to "bite" into the broken fitting

All the hardware stores only have brass ones, is that okay or should i order a plastic one online?

I got it out by wedging the flat head in like you said, thanks for the tip!

I have similar problem and I can not find a replacement. Any idea where to find one?

Lowe’s, ACE Hardware and Possible Tractor Supply. You want to look where they have their Nylon Fittings, not through the PVC, as they won’t be small enough.

I thought I could search online but I am finding nothing. I guess I will have to try in store.
