RODI flush ???

I turned my RODI flush on and forgot until an hour later. Did I ruin my membrane by flushing it for over an hour?

No, I just started the flush on mine today, it is the BRS 75gpd. Instructions actually calls for a 1 hour flush. You should be fine.
