I have a barracuda 4 stage rodi
After changing the filters today my psi is reading 0. I checked with tds and am getting 0. My question, why is psi not showing when obviously water is running through it.

There could be an air bubble trapped in the line before the gauge, is it possible to rotate the gauge downwards to try and get any potential trapped air out?

I can try. I tapped the dang thing a few times and checked the lines. Nothing has changed. Strange

No luck. Turned it upside down. Shut off water and turned it back on. Still reading 0. Steady stream coming out though

After 7+ years of use, my gauge jammed at 20 psi. I soaked the tip in straight vinegar for 20 mins, rinsed it off and voila all is good again.
Servicing your unit may just be a coincidence and your gauge has had something building up in it over time.
If your's is relatively new, maybe something from one of your canisters or even your source water has lodged in the very small orifice at the base of the gauge.

Try blowing out the fitting and if that doesn't get it working consider giving the tip a soak and a rinse.
