RODI Issue?

I just brand new filters, including RO membrane, in my 4 stage unit. From my kitchen sink, I get nothing out of the RO. From my outside hose, I get what ou see in the video. Is this normal? I'm in Knoxville, TN as well. Maybe our water is like this? Who knows. This is my first real RODI so I'm just wondering. Thanks

How is it attached to the water supply under your sink.....straddle valve or standard valve? If straddle valve, I'd guess that's were you have a problem. And if so, consider putting in a standard valve.

I have a fitting to screw it into my faucet. I take the aerator off and screw the fitting into the sink faucet. The video has it connected my outside water hose though.

You have to check your water pressure. You should have at least 40PSI to run you RODI, 60 would be better. If you don't have the pressure you might have to get a pump to get the best out of your membrane.

I honestly don't know what my pressure is. I guess I'll have to find that out. Thanks
