RODI leaking

Set up new system and this little black part is leaking when I turned it on (spraying around). What do I do?

Push it in more make sure it is seated all the way in, will that help?

The black lines going in or out or the restrictor itself?

If it’s the restrictor I would order a flush kit if it’s the lines confirm all the way in, and if so remove line, trim and reinstall

Tubing needs to be cut square, and not have any burrs. Also I use the RO/DI Blue Locking Clips to prevent the tubing from coming loose.
