I am building a fish room in garage soon and I have a rodi unit plumbed into a sink on the other side of the garage. Can I move the rodi to my fish room about 10-15 feet away from the hardline connection without issue? Will I lose to much pressure or create more waste?

You can move it with no problems. My only word of caution is make sure the garage is climate controlled or at least has no hot or cold extremes. RO membranes are damaged at 113 degrees and DI resin does not like heat either and everything will freeze in cold. It is always best to keep the RO/DI inside the home and if you want water in the garage, extend a treated water line to there with a valve on it.
