RODI Problem

I changed the first filter on my rodi unit but when I went to plug it back in the unit keeps shutting off because the pressure gauge is getting too high.

I’m pretty sure I have it hooked up properly. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

It sounds like you may have a non-return valve the wrong way round.

Hmmmm... hard to say, sounds like the control box is acting up.
Did it ever work correctly? -

and literally all you did was change your sediment filter?
If you hook your system to just the line pressure (remove the box from the equation) does your RO/DI system work? (on your house pressure) - if it does, then the box is acting up.
