I have a 3-stage ge ro and I added a Di from brs. Now I need to replace the filters it has been six months. Can I use the BRS 4 Stage Value Replacement Filter Kit?

What brand is your 3 stage? typically they all try to use a universal standard size for all ro/di systems.
 
I honestly forget how often you need to replace filters...its been over a year form mine. I know @AZDesertRat is pretty much an expert in all things RODI (and more), he will know.
 
It is a GE Model # GXRM10RBL says to use FX12P filters
 
It probably does use standard 10" replacement filters but I would suggest better replacements.
For 1 micron size I would recommend this:

Or I would spend a couple more $$ and go with the 0.5 micron near absolute filters here since they do a much better job of protecting the RO membrane:

For DI nothing compares to the SilicaBuster DI cartridges which are custom blended specifically for reef use unlike normal mixed bed resins:
